Rest assured, we are fully committed to promptly resolving such situations. To ensure a smooth and efficient exchange or return process, we have established the following policy:
DAMAGED/WRONG SHIPMENT
Exchanges are only offered in cases if you have received a damaged or wrong product, or product that has been tampered with during shipment. An unboxing video from start to end under 24 hours of receiving the product for the policy to be applicable which can be send through whatsapp. If you fail to contact us within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee an exchange or refund.
